Refund Policy

Please be advised that all tickets are non refundable

Paris River Cruise will again propose a new time slot and a new date subject to availability in case of cancellation.

In the slot reservation if bad weather conditions are announced (rain, snow, storms, etc.), the client may only postpone the time and date departure. No refund by the company.

Cancellation by Paris River Cruise:

In special cases, a cruise may be cancelled by order of the harbour master’s office, a notice from the inland waterway authorities, or by the captain. Cruises may also be cancelled in the event of inclement weather likely to jeopardize the safety of those being transported.

Delays :

In the event of passenger delays of more than 25 minutes, Paris River Cruise reserves the right to cancel the service, without reimbursement of the amount of the service, and without further compensation.

Rules :

The captain reserves the right to refuse access to the boat or to disembark a passenger in the event of non-compliance with instructions, the captain may decide to interrupt navigation and in the event of non-compliance with safety rules on the part of passengers.

Paris River Cruise declines all responsibility for theft, loss or damage to passengers’ clothing, hand luggage or equipment.

Payments: Bank transfer, credit cards or cash only.

The service must be paid in full to the company before the departure date.

Insurance: Our professional riverboat insurance.

You agree that your use of our social media pages PARIS RIVER CRUISE which include but are not limited to Facebook pages, Instagram, will not be defamatory, unlawful, obscene, offensive, hateful, abusive, inflammatory, threatening, invasive of anyone’s privacy, or otherwise contain objectionable comments and/or content.

I do not tolerate any form of discrimination on grounds of race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, religion or belief, sexual orientation, being a transsexual person, or age.

We reserve the right to remove any comment, thread or content without prior warning to you.

Information embarks location :

All our departures are from 92150 Suresnes or on specific request from Haropa stops in Paris.

To avoid delays, passengers must arrive at least 15 minutes before departure. Any delay on the part of customers will be deducted from the cruise time.

Information about your: Personal data / CNIL

No personal information concerning the user of the site will be published, exchanged, transferred or sold on any medium whatsoever to third parties.

Only the assumption of the purchase of the company and its rights would allow the transmission of the said information to the eventual purchaser who would in turn be bound by the same obligation of conservation and modification of the data with respect to the user of the site.

 

The site has not been declared to the CNIL, as it does not collect personal information.
